Delivery starts at 87 CZK and the courier's travel time starts at 15 min; the time to make the bouquet comes on top, and the exact earliest time is shown on every bouquet. You see the exact delivery price for your address in the cart before you place the order. Fleur de Lys takes orders 24/7.
Every studio sets its own zones: the closer you are to the studio, the cheaper and faster the delivery. The table is live and uses the same data as the cart.

The price is for delivery only, without the bouquet, and the time is the courier's travel without the time to make the bouquet. Some studios deliver free above a certain order value; the condition is shown on the studio page and in the cart.
The delivery time is the time to make the bouquet (shown on every bouquet) plus the courier's travel time to your zone. The earliest possible time and the later slots, including other days, are shown on the bouquet and in the cart. Studios take orders during their opening hours:
Free pickup is offered by 7 of the 7 listed here; whether your bouquet's studio offers it is shown on the bouquet and in the cart. Choose a time, the studio prepares the bouquet, and you give the four-digit code from your order on collection.
You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay: the link on pinflower.cz takes you to Stripe Checkout. At first the amount is only held on the card. It is charged when the florist hands the bouquet over — to the courier for a delivery, to you at the shop for a pickup. Exceptions: an order more than six days ahead is charged when the florist confirms it (a card hold lasts about a week), and a pickup nobody collects is charged under the buyer terms (art. 7.3). Cancelling while the amount is only held releases it. You receive an invoice by e-mail, also for a company with a company ID (IČO).
You can send flowers to Prague from anywhere: the site is in English, Czech, Russian and Ukrainian, foreign cards are accepted, prices are in Czech crowns and your bank does the conversion. We only need the recipient's name and phone; we deliver and let you know.
